Job Description:
Diversified Services Network Inc. (DSN) is seeking Senior Business Analyst to manage a large-scale IT project to services the growth of the client and make sure IT applications can feed into large enterprise application being implemented. Position is 100% on site in Springfield, IL.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience, in Computer Science or related field
- Seven (7) or more years of demonstrated experience working as a business analyst on complex projects with experience creating work/data flow diagrams, electing requirements, and collaboration with development teams and stakeholders
- Three (3) or more years of demonstrated experience doing strategic analysis focusing on determining best route to meet business needs
- Three (3) or more years of experience determining and working with business to refine processes and/or procedures
- Three (3) or more years of experience conducting detailed fit/gap analysis determining best solution(s) to meet business needs
Desired Requirements:
- Experience with Large Data Mitigation Projects for government clients
- Experience with Child Welfare/Child Fostercare
