Job Description:
Diversified Services Network Inc. is seeking a Mechnicanl Engineer to work in Pontiac, IL.
Position Requirements:
- Supervise material flow in mechanical engineering. Identify material flow gaps, machine constraints and quality issued. Implement mechanical engineering solutions to achieve production goals and increase machine efficiency.
- Update work instruction for lathing machines and monitor lifespan of cutting tools.
- Investigate assembly issues and review Standard Operating Procedures using Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) approach.
- Do troubleshooting and system machine analysis.
- Use programs such as Creo, APQP, and MATLAB. Requires bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering or closely related field. Requires two (2) years of mechanical engineering experience including supervision of material (mechanical parts) flow.
