Job Description:
DSN is seeking an Account Manager responsible for maintaining, retaining, and growing customers through effective relationship-building.
Position Requirements:
The Account Manager is responsible for the following:
- Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients in an effort to secure new business and retain existing business.
- Contact and meet with prospective customers to establish customer needs, hiring cycles, and build relationships.
- Act as a bridge between client and Recruiting team to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Regularly meet with client work directors regarding current/future employment needs, employee performance feedback/reviews, and continual networking.
- Oversee agency employees: including but not limited to; onboarding efforts, fielding and addressing HR related questions/concerns/issues, performance management, conducting employee reviews and determining/processing salary increases, maintaining acceptable employee retention rates, providing coaching and training plans, assisting with immigration, handling offboarding and terminations, and other various administrative duties.
Requirements:
- 2-4+ years business experience in Account Management/Client Relationship Management.
- Experience in staff augmentation or other service-oriented sales, especially within the IT and Engineering industry.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- A sense of urgency, excellent presentation skills, and a high standard of professionalism and character.
